With the recent announcement from the Ontario government and the introduction of a stay-at-home-order, we wanted to let you know that we are still open. Any vehicle currently being worked on will still be completed and any appointment you have booked is still being held. We have encouraged our clients to use our pick up service or drop their vehicle off with us but that will now be mandatory. Moving forward, until further notice, there will be no waiting permitted in our cli...ent lounge area. COVID-19 UPDATE Just a friendly reminder that we are still open and operating mainly on an schedule. With the latest provincial lockdown, we wanted to keep you informed on how we're operating. Our door has remained locked throughout the pandemic and we are asking that you use our Drop-Off Drawer when you arrive as well as our Pick-Up Box when your vehicle is ready.... Alternatively, we are still offering our if you'd rather not leave the house. We call ahead to make sure the time still suits your schedule, bring your vehicle back for its preventative maintenance services as well as any other repairs that are scheduled, then call before we come back to drop the vehicle off. For anyone that does need to enter the building, we ask that you sanitize your hands on entry. We have placed a foot-operated hand sanitizer in front of the door when you walk in. vehicles are sanitized before and after service. keys are sanitized after use and sealed in a bag for final handling. - Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before bringing it in for service (gloves, masks, cups, tissues, etc.) - Please remove all unnecessary keys from your keyring. We only need the key(s)/fob for the vehicle, gas cap key (if equipped), or rear cap/storage key (if equipped.) - Patience. All of you have made the last 10 months much easier for us than it could have been, and we appreciate that. While we have found more efficient ways to deal with our COVID protocols, it still takes time to do it right. Completely avoidable. Every time a wheel is put back on a vehicle, we torque them to spec. No exceptions! Regular maintenance inspections will also help spot any potential damage or issues with your wheels or wheel fasteners.
