From Monday, August 17 to Thursday, August 21, 2020, Macro Engineering hosted a virtual training for its agents all around the globe. More than 20 people from 16 different countries attended the training, where Macro’s extrusion experts presented on all of our extrusion systems and latest technology. "The goal is to keep our agents updated about our latest extrusion equipment and technologies and to hear about their concerns, as we are committed to putting our customers first, building relationships, investing in people and technology, and delivering value, quality and innovation to our clients" said Martin Baron, Director of Sales. All of Macro's agents have a lot of experience in the industry and are willing to help you with your inquiries about our extrusion systems and services.

The former will represent Macro in the Central American countries of Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama as well as the Dominican Republic; the latter will do the same in Russia. With the increasing concerns around COVID-19, Macro is committed to ensuring that adequate measures are taken to reduce or eliminate workplace illnesses, in order to help fight against the spread of the coronavirus. We take the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers very seriously; as a result, we have suspended lab trials with customers in attendance; we are still supporting lab trials on behalf of the customers in which case we will share all trial data... and samples. We have also suspended customer and supplier visits until further notice. In accordance with the guidelines from Health Canada, all non-essential business travels are suspended as well. In the event of an emergency, we are here to support you remotely as much as we can. Some of our vendors have started to announce delays in deliveries. This means that some of our shipment dates may need to be modified as well. We will notify our customers promptly if their deliveries are affected as a result. The Macro team will make everything possible to minimize these delays. Please be reassured that we will keep supporting our customers and our day-to-day business activities will stay as consistent as possible, with the guidance from Health Canada.
