We have a big announcement! As many of you already know I am expecting baby #3 in August. After much deliberation I have decided that it is in the best interest of myself and my family to close up the salon in Stouffville at the end of this month and groom out of my house in Keswick. This was a hard decision to make, but will allow me to continue to groom and have more time and flexibility for my family. We are currently fully booked for the month of June but are taking ...appointments for July in Keswick. Our phone number, email and social media will all remain the same so feel free to let me know if you have any questions or would like to book something for Keswick. I know our new location will be a little far for some of you, so i would be happy to recommend another groomer in town if you would like. I would like to thank all of you for your continued support over the last 6+ years in this great town of Stouffville, I will miss seeing all of you and your pups! Update: Due to the overwhelming amount of clients we currently have on our waitlist we will not be taking anymore bookings at this time. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Once we can get through the remaining 100+ clients on our list we will be able to start taking bookings again. Thanks for your understanding and patience

Update! Today we have been given the green light to open as of Tuesday May 19th by appointment only. We are excited to be able to get back to work and take care of your pets, but please be patient with us as there is a lot that needs to be organized to make things run smoothly. Over the weekend I will be doing my best to organize the schedule. Please keep in mind we will be starting to book those who had previous appointments booked that needed to be cancelled when we close...d mid March. Then we will be making our way through the other messages. Please be advised we are NOT taking in new clients right now. It is very important to keep your puppies nails short. If the nails are too long your puppy does not make good contact with the ground and in the long run may cause hip and joint problems.

To all our valued clients: With much deliberation we have decided to close our doors for two weeks beginning March 24th- April 7th. We believe the health and well being of our clients and staff should be top priority, as well as helping to slow down or stop the spread of Covid-19. We are taking the recommendation of our government bodies to implement social distancing as much as possible. We are currently working on re-booking anyone who had appointments during this time. W...e are aiming to be back open on April 7th but as things seem to be changing daily with this virus unfortunately this may not be the case. We will keep everyone posted as time goes on.
