Stir-Fry is a great way to use up the veggies that are about to go bad in your house!! The Greek Cooking Class went so well the other day - but it was so full of energy and activity that I forgot to take pictures Instead of Cooking Class pictures... please accept a pic of the delicious (and entirely plant-based!) Poutine my sister and I enjoyed last night!! I was actually talking with a friend last night about the many benefits of plant-based diets, such as vegetarian and Mediterranean diets - which is where Greek food links into this topic!! ...
