These are some great questions to spark self inquiry. Your resistance (which contains valuable information too, by the way) usually masks a perceived threat to the Self. . We tend to calcify our beliefs about ourself, others and the world with routine 'confirmation biased' type of thinking. This can be quite restrictive. . When meeting resistance, try these: "Is it true?" "Do I have evidence that this is ABSOLUTLY true?" "Who might I be without that thought/belief?" "What sta...tement is actually more true?" and talk it/write it out (a la Byron Katie!). The outcome may surprise you. . . .
