It's really sad to admit but after 4 years of fighting the hypocracy and abuse of power of SPVM, specifically this loser clown of a morality cop named Jean-François Miron, we are finally admitting ng that we no longer can put up this fight. After tens of thousands of attorney fees, about as much in fines for supposedly loud music and baseless accusations of carrying criminal activity and threat after threat that this is his land and he will close us down no matter what, even ...if he has to bring swat team over and over for 20 times, we will close. We have been promoting the art of the local bands for the past 4 years, spending endless amounts of time encouraging them in every way possible to get the word out. We have been hosting various events, only to have cops selectively use our posts to make it look like we don't serve food like we are supposed to. We were clearly informed that if it was not for this reason, they will find another reason to close us down. We put up a good fight but at the end, we must admit our ressources and capabilities are far less than endless pockets of City Servants and Corrupted Cops. We brought the matter to Régie des Alcools board only to realize that they are hand in hand with the police. There will be no justice served. If we do have criminals in town, this definetely be the corrupted cops of @villedemontreal. So, if for some reason, they've decided to close you down, believe us, they will. The truth had to be said. One day, the justice will prevail but not today...
