Good afternoon, I have an EXTRA batch of Linguine and Gnocco Shells today, $15 each!
I have probably been watching a little too much of the Kung Fu Panda trilogies however, I have decided that Mr. Ping (aka Po's dad) is basically ME! I scoured the Google machine but couldn't find his hat. I think I need this hat!

Oh the fun of Macaroni and Mafalde (Mafalde is drying upside down because I noticed its the best way for it to keep its beautiful color!)
Just thought I would put out a reminder on basic information for cooking fresh pasta! Make sure to use plenty of water! I dust the outside of my noodles with Semola flour, to avoid a starchy pot don't forget to use an ample amount of water! Drop your fresh nests directly into boiling water, use a cooking utensil to break up and stir well. Fresh pasta cooks fast so make sure to keep your eyes on the pot!... Enjoy!
