With the continuing battle against Covid-19 we want to ensure our customers that we will still be available to assist you where possible. Water is a necessity of life. While we will be taking appropriate precautions and ask that our customers follow TBDHU guidelines, we will adapt as necessary to ensure service is available for those that need it. We will be happy to take orders over the phone and bring them out to the vehicle if necessary. Please remember you are not alone, this year has been tough, but we are here to assist.

Valued Customers, With the upcoming mandatory mask order from the health unit we will be making every attempt to serve our customers, while still complying with the TBDHU Mandate. COVID-19 NOTICE Attention Customers, In accordance with the health protection measures put in place by the Governments of Canada and Ontario. We have implemented the following temporary policies and procedures to protect both our customers and team members.... Beginning Sunday April 5, until a yet to be determined date our storefront/office will be closed to the public. We recognize the importance of water and will do our best to provide you with service during these times. We are currently offering curbside service, you can call in your order in advance and we will bring the product out to your vehicle when you arrive. Please don’t hesitate to call if you need something, we will do our best to assist @ 807-707-7000. We have NWO Well Service teams available for emergency call outs. And if you are interested in lining up work for once the pandemic has eased and restrictions are lifted, it would be prudent to speak to us now as we cannot predict the rush that may occur once this is over.
