Most are still working from home, so boredom can be a big thing! Practise being mindful of whether you are actually hungry, or maybe just bored and you want to eat to fill that boredom with something. Get those greens, drink water, move around if you can during a work call, and just try to plan some movement time during your day if you can't do it during work hours.... Btw, nothing wrong with Netflix

As #haltonregion goes into the red zone, we have to try our best to remember a few things. There's a lot of things about this whole scenario that people disagree on, and that's an entire different topic (like the gov response, etc...) But one thing we absolutely must agree on is the fact that your physical and mental health matter, and it matters alot.... There's lots of divide right now when it comes to opinions about everything, but we can't as a society let that deter us from the bigger picture. The bigger picture can be a few things for people, but we have to do what we can to take care of ourselves, and take care of our community. As a whole, us humans have been through alot, and even with different opinions, we can bind together and come out strong. With all the fear on the news, don't let that cloud your judgement about what you need to do for yourself.
