Happy Easter! Our friends @kel_sul and @pedrog42 make the best Easter Ham. It’s smothered in Mado’s and honey. Underneath is sliced potatoes with onions and butter and thyme. It’s cooked at 325 for about 4 hours or until internal temp is 140.
