Ok so we decided to do something new and fun! We cooked a staff meal for our friends at Tiradito with ingredients from our kitchen at Mae Sri! It's true what they say: food binds us together. We're big believers that the businesses, but more importantly people in the hospitality industry should always support each other. The staff at restaurants/bars are the lifeblood of their organizations and in many way, staff meal is the fuel that allows employees to be of service to the ...clientele. This guiding principle sparked the idea to capture this video. Chef Paul at Mae Sri always cooks his staff meal based on his 3 principles - a staff meal should always be quick, delicious and inexpensive. In this video, he made his own twist on a poutine with pork meatballs, porkbelly, Thai basil and green curry made in-house at Mae Sri as well as some adobo chicken with Thai pancakes and pickled cucumbers. We're very happy we got to share some smiles and food with our friends at Tiradito and we hope that this can spark more collaborations of the sort in the industry! Make sure you try Tiradito!
