We are an independent arts & culture magazine focusing on up and coming talent in any printable medium. Never been published? No problem! All you need is a desire to see your work in print. Overseen by Jeff Manning of Think Forward Media, and Josh Poitras, self-published author and editor of the poetry collection 'Blossom In Winter' which featured over 70 ...poets from across Canada, the goal of Outsider Magazine is to give creators a platform to share their work and network with like-minded individuals.
