I believe it. CBD oil and Cannabis work amazingly well for all types of pain including muscle spasms, migraines, fibromyalgia, and for anxiety and depression. The risks and side effects of all the prescription medications that one takes to ease these symptoms are too many compared to using cannabinoid products. I recommend edibles or vape pens where there is no smoke. Smoking is still dangerous because of the smoke itself. The vape pens contain oil that is inhaled through a special pen.

Happy Friday gang! Love this message today. Do not be afraid or feel guilty to take a time out for yourself to heal your mind, body and spirit. Healing occurs when we rest and sleep. When you clear and purge emotionally, taking a nap and sleeping allows our soul and energy fields to reset. We work with our guides and our twins in our sleep. You can ask your guides to work with you and help you to work out a specific challenge or fear as well while you sleep. You can also ask ...your twin to work with you. We do a ton of work in our sleep so please do not cut it short and if anything get more of it!! Our physical vessel also heals and repairs itself during sleep. And only during sleep. Tissue repair to every part of our body occurs in sleep. The lining of your stomach literally rebuilds itself during sleep but only after 4 hours of consecutive sleep!! This is why for me personally if I have had only 5 or 6 hours of sleep and get up I feel nauseated and my stomach hurts. The only fix is more sleep so the lining can finish repairing and rebuilding. This protective mucosal lining protects our stomach from the damage of stomach acids. People who have stomach ulcers often have trouble sleeping or poor quality sleep. So don't cut your sleep time short. Catching up on the weekend is also very healing. Do not ever feel guilty for taking time to heal. Anytime you feel emotionally or mentally put of sorts, take a nap!! Your guides can reset your energy at this time. Natalie.

Hense the name Child's Pose. Try variations of this with arms stretched out with palms flat on floor, and with knees wider apart to open hips up more and relax deeper into the pose. Sharing a cool experience i had today with Archangel Rpahael! . Vegetarians this is for you especially! So it's cold here in Canada, took my dogs for a walk today, as it was bright and sunny out. My fingers were hurting so bad after removing my mitts to pick up my dog's poop. I have Reynauds. I asked spirit to please warm them up and within minutes the pain was GONE and they were toasty warm! Then I Heard a voice say "Take L-Carnitine". This is not first time spir...it has given me specific medical or health advice. So after I got home, settled in with cup of hot cocoa, I looked up the benefits and BINGO! One of the benefits is improved circulation! Also helps with energy production and reduce muscle pain in Fibromyalgia, which I also have. Vegetarians tend to be deficient in it as its mainly found in animal proteins (Its an amino acid derivative) and I try to eat vegetarian about 90% of Time, so this makes perfect sense I would be low in it. Now I am also hypothyroid, so I need to be careful to not take too much. Thought I would share this cool story of how spirit and our angels really do hear us and talk to us!! These lool delicious! Especially the deep dish pizza quiche! . Eating vegetarian or vegan the majority of the time has enormous health benefits such as lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. It also helps save the environment as farm animals (especially cows) require a large amount of cleared land to graze on, high water consumption and cows give off high amount of methane contributing more than a car to polluting the environment. Many follow a Flexetarian lifestyle where the vegetarian or vegan lifestyle is adopted most of the time. And local.grass fed , humanely raised organic meats are consumed on occasion.

When I did home health nursing we had medical.grade honey we put on open wounds to help them heal faster. I have recently used it on my dogs open sores in her paws and they all healed up.completely. Manuka honey is also excellent to boost your immune system and help fight viruses and other infections. Best to add to a Hibiscus tea which is also immune boosting. If Manuka honey is not available to you the next best thing is a local raw unpasteurized honey. Never commercial honey.

She makes excellent points. Society has become consumers of fake unhealthy processed food made with ingredients made by large corporate companies and these chemicals only cause illness. Those companies are killing the planet. As consumers we can choose to over power them by not buying their products, make from scratch or buy products that at organic, non-GMO and made by the smaller companies. And yes we need to get back to cooking! I also love the rise in feminine power. Only returning things to balance after a long period of heavy dysfunctional masculine energies of power, war and control. Time to break free.

A vegetarian or vegan diet for cancer is the best and fastest way to stop the cancer growth and heal. Even if not for long term, at least for first year. If animal protein is a must, keep it limited to small amounts and organic local grass fed only. And be sure to balance it out with loads of greens! This is true for all cancers not just colon. But colon cancer is especially a risk for those who eat a lot of sausage and smoked or BBQ meats.

Ahh magnesium! Probably my favourite mineral! So many benefits! Lowers blood pressure, relaxes muscles, eases constipation, soothes restless legs, calms anxiety and insomnia, and helps with cardiac function and electrical conduction in the body . I love raw nuts and seeds and pumpkin seeds are my personal favourite! Only a 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds has 400 mg magnesium. And if you take a vitamin D supplement or are in the sun without sunscreen therefore absorbing it naturally, then you need to be making sure you are getting enough in your diet or as a supplement. The two work synergistically together. Raw nuts and seeds have the most compared to roasted.

Spaghetti squash is a low carb healthy alternative to pasta! One of my favourite things to make. Here is tasty looking recipe and I think Goat cheese would work great in this too. Caprese Spaghetti Squash Makes 2 servings and per serving you will receive: 1 lean protein... 3 greens 3 condiments Ingredients: SQUASH 1 cups spaghetti squash teaspoon salt teaspoon pepper FILLING 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup green onion, diced 1 cup cherry tomato, halved teaspoon salt teaspoon pepper 8 oz. part-skim mozzarella (2 LEAN) fresh basil, to garnish Preparation 1 Preheat oven to 400F (200C). 2 With a sharp knife, slice the squash in half. If the squash is too tough, puncture in several places forming a dotted line around the squash. It is often easier to Microwave for 3-5 minutes to soften before cutting in half. Allow to cool before cutting in half. 3 Scoop out the seeds, brush with oil, and sprinkle with salt, and pepper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a fork can easily pierce the skin. 4 In a pan over medium heat, add the oil, garlic, and green onion, and sautè 5 Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper and simmer until they are cooked and begin to become softened. 6 Remove squash from the oven, with a fork pull at the edges to produce that stringy spaghetti quality. Add the squash to the tomato mixture and mix in the pan. 7 Add mixture back to the hollowed out spaghetti squash halves. Top with mozzarella cheese and basil. 8 Bake an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cheese melts. 9 Serve in the squash, and top with basil. See more

Probably one of my favourite diets and the one I "follow" closest, though I am not a fan of "diets" and putting anyone in a box per say. And I am leaning much more vegan now as well, I so have chicken on occasion with family. The Mediterranean diet has many benefits including the healthy fats and fish. I do caution with the fish in regards to where it is sourced from. These days the farmed fish is mostly fed a poor diet that includes corn which is obviously not natural to the...m. The Wild Atlantic fish can be heavily contaminated with radiation and heavy metals. More fish farms are switching to natural hydroponic setups, so these fish would not be subject to contamination. I prefer my local fresh water fish, even though I love seafood. The other key in viewing the low rate of cancer and heart disease in the Mediterranean is the fact they are very community based people, and eat together in large groups and cook meals together. Did you know these fancy mesh tea bags have plastic in them and when heated become carcinogenic? Best to use organic not on this list or even better loose tea in a resizable strainer. This is unacceptable. We have got to hold these companies accountable and NOT buy any products with GMO corn which is in everything! Please read labels. Corn shows up as corn syrup in so much, even coffee sweeteners at coffee shops and soda sweeteners, and in salad dressing! Please only buy NON-GMO products, and corn-free products! If we don't have bees, the pollination rate will plummet and without pollination, that means no fruits or vegetables. they are a natural part of our eco-system. GMO corn and other GMO crops are not. It alters the DNA of the living things that consume it including us. And altered DNA leads to cancer and other diseases. If the bees are dying from this contamination, think about what it does to your body.

Frankincense is my absolute favourite oil! I use it in the evenings for relaxation and mod boosting in my diffuser. It has a very earthy smell so I blend with a couple drops of orange oil to give it a sweet balance. Orange oil is the only citrus oil that is calming and can be used at night. The rest of the citrus oils are uplifting and energizing so better for daytime. I absolutely love the healing powers of essential oils and how versatile they are. Today I did a self-scan with my nifty iTovi hand held device that measures electrical frequencies in the body, sending in frequencies for each product for Young Living Essential oils, and reading my bodies response to it, and comes up with the oils and products that best suit your current needs, based on your responses.
