Do you feel your feelings? That might seem like a ridiculous question but stay with me a moment. For much of my adult life I thought I had a handle on feelings. Well, surprise - I didn’t! Among other things, I discovered that I had learned to THINK my feelings instead of FEEL them. ... I was completely unaware that I couldn’t feel. A big reason to not feel is - it hurts! To avoid hurting I learned to suppress them. But they are simply feelings not good, not bad. Admittedly, some are more enjoyable than others, but it’s when I judged them, they got stuck in my body and caused all kinds of issues. Does this sound like your experience? If so, my suggestion? Take a chance on yourself. Learn to feel, in a way that is safe and appropriate for you. It may just open the gateway to a Magical Life.
