Kitchen Witch Seasonal Checklist (save for later) The wheel is always turning. Can you feel it? Ever since August 1st (the first harvest!) I've been feeling pulled to ground, to nest, to earth, and to prepare for the dark season. ... Here's a list of some in season produce and how you can work with them the next few weeks! Apples are one of the most magickal fruits. Plant seeds in your yard for prosperity, place some on your altar to aid you in communicating with the beyond, or practice love divination spells. The pits from stone fruits like peaches, plums, and cherries can be carried or placed on your altar for protection. Peaches have properties of sexual desire and fertility. Corn and other grains symbolize prosperity, abundance, and the changing seasons. Use corn while manifesting abundance and leave corn kernels as an offering to nature, the God, and Goddess to show your gratitude. Tomatoes are a symbol from Venus and Aphrodite -they are a powerful aphrodisiac, not only for enjoyment with others but to step into your own power and boldness. Romance and adventure awaits! Blackberries (no blackberry emoji ) are great for healing magick, resilience, trying again, and solidarity. They are a wonderful choice of snack or drink at any coven rituals during this time.
