After many messages and following many tips we are happy to report that we have successfully identified the person in question from the break in over the weeken...d and he was arrested last night. We would like to thank ALL of you for your shares, tips and support, without it we would not be where we are today. We have installed a walk-up window as an option for the safety and convenience to everyone. We can serve you anything in the store from window. Our team will be happy to grab whatever it is you are looking for. Pumping fuel? On top of already disinfecting the pumps regularly, we are also offering disposable gloves for you use at the window. Stay safe out there.

In these ever changing times, we have decided to cease Full Serve for the time being as yet another safety measure to both staff and customers. WE ARE STILL OPEN 6AM-9PM 7 DAYS/WEEK... Thank you.

Magnetic Hill Irving management and staff are taking COVID-19 very seriously. We are taking every precaution to keep our customers and staff safe by following all official public health recommendations. We are also continuously improving our processes to minimize close contact to keep our staff and customers safe. This is a very stressful time for everyone, which is why we would like to address a recent matter. We, like many workplaces, have had some staff members travel fo...r March break. We have worked with all our staff members to ensure that we strictly adhere to the public health guidelines. We have and continue to: -Monitor airline notices for cases of infection on flights. None of our staff members have traveled on the impacted flights. -Contacted travel agencies and independently researched travel destinations to ensure no records of infection where staff members have traveled. -Clearly reviewed public health guidelines with staff members to ensure that public health recommendations are followed. In and around our store we continue to make changes to improve our processes to maximize safety for our customers and staff while continuing to serve the public. Currently we are: -increasing our cleaning frequency on all commonly touched surfaces and increased daily store cleaning. -Increased hand washing and sanitizing by staff members. -Having customers self scan when possible to limit back and forth between customers and staff. -Moving to credit / debit only and recommending tap to pay. -Limiting the number of customers allowed in our store at one time to accommodate responsible social distancing practices. -Working with our food and beverage partners to assist in their transitions to drive-thru only when possible. Our priority is our customers and our staffs continued health. We, like you, continue to follow the news and updates as they come in and understand how difficult times are currently. We continue to analyze and improve our processes in and around our stores to try to do our best in this difficult time. Please be understanding with our amazing staff who continue to work to serve you as these changes are implemented.
