So many pet owner's struggle with finding a forever home for their loved ones who have crossed the rainbow bridge... until now. St. Mary's Anglican Church in Nanoose Bay has created a special woodland burial ground, St. Francis Pet Memorial Garden, where people can have their pet's ashes interred in a communal plot. There is even a board in the centre of the garden where a plaque can be mounted with the pet's name, whether or not their ashes are entered there. A ceremony of life can be arranged with a clergy person or memorial garden volunteer. Services are provided on a donation basis. For more information, email [email protected] or call 250-468-5684. After his blood transfusion he spent a few days at WAVES in intensive care we are pleased to report that he’s now home and stable. Looking forward to seeing him for his follow up treatments and to him making a full recovery.
