During my morning routines, a thought that frequently crosses my mind is that: where I am today has exceeded where I wanted to be once upon a time. Although there is still ways to go in this long-game, the view from here can really be appreciated. This trip will likely be different from what you pictured but it usually leads to the most breathtaking experiences. Stay ambitious. Keep putting in the work. But don't let them become the thief of gratitude. Celebrate your progress.

A helping hand. More than anything, that was what I needed during the most difficult moments in my life. The shyness in me always won these internal battles and instead I would suffer in silence through losses, disappointments, and heartbreaks. Heck, the cuts were so deep that I went as far as starting an entire initiative around becoming this helping hand for others. Every talk, every episode, every meetup, I put myself out there in hopes to send that energy out to o...thers that may also be quietly going to war with their internal chatterbox like the old me. Over the last decade, this initiative has given me the honour of connecting with over a thousand of you and learn about your journey and personal growth. Your stories and messages are so personal that I refuse to open my inbox until I am sitting in private. It means the world to me and constantly reminds me why I do what I do. I've listened to enough stories to reassure you that no matter how often you may feel like 'someone has it worse', it doesn't make your battles any less important. We all have a different path and should never feel guilty about being unhappy about a personal circumstance. I am here to listen. My direct messages are wide open. Your personal messages will never get responded with a salespitch, a link, or a copy and paste response. I'm just here to listen. If shyness gets in the way from doing so (believe me, I've been there) I simply want to leave you with an encouragement; one that I still need to remind myself from time to time.. Reinvent yourself. This isn't a cheeky slogan or a catchphrase whenever I write out these 16 letters. It was the mindset that changed my entire life. If you are unhappy with where you are right now, it is the biggest indicator that changes are necessary. I've started over many times in my life and I know now with every fibre in my body that everything tends to fall in place when you focus on working on yourself. Don't give up.
