Ces intuitions flirtant avec la pensée magique,... ont récemment été consolidées en une véritable connaissance. On sait aujourd’hui que la musique réduit le stress et l’anxiété. Elle atténue la douleur et libère des molécules de plaisir. En ces temps d’isolement, est-ce que la musique devient un besoin essentiel? Nos experts, tous titulaires d’une chaire de recherche du Canada, vous répondent: Robert Zatorre, Professeur à l’Université McGill, parlera de la musique comme euphorisant Sonia Lupien, Professeure à l’Université de Montréal, parlera de la musique comme tranquillisant Mathieu Roy, Professeur à l’Université McGill, parlera de la musique comme analgésique Isabelle Peretz, Professeure à l’Université de Montréal, participera comme organisatrice de l’activité.
