The May Stats are out! Sales are down and inventory is tight, but prices have remained steady. Buyers are ready to take advantage of the all-time-low interest rates so we are still seeing some multiple offer situations for desirable properties that are priced competitively. ... 1485 homes sold in May 2020. This is a 33.9% increase from April 2020..... so yes, we are definitely seeing more activity in the market place. The MLS Home Price Index composite benchmark price for all residential properties in Metro Vancouver (as a whole) is $1,028,400.00. This is a 2.9% increase compared to May 2019.
