Hi, everyone! We're sure you’ve all heard the fantastic news that dental practices across the province will be permitted to open as early as May 4th! Although we are all extremely happy to hear this, there will be a few bridges to cross before we can start seeing patients again. The Alberta Dental Association and College, our professional regulating body, has not officially given us the go ahead to resume providing dental services, nor has it given us new guidelines upon wh...ich we can provide these services. Furthermore, once these guidelines are in place we will need time to procure the necessary protective equipment and to train our team to ensure the safety of our staff and patients. That being said, we are all very excited to re-open, but we just want to make sure we can continue to provide a high level of dental care in a safe environment for everyone! And for the time being, please remember we can still be reached at (403)948-7945 for any dental emergencies you may have. Thank you, and stay safe!

We can help save your teeth AND your lives. We completed our annual CPR for Health Care Providers training today! Our instructor, Corryine De Souza with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, was AWESOME. She was funny and witty, yet professional... just how we like it!

We have shared several posts about the potential harmful effects of vaping and as of the past month, many new findings have come to light. This is scary stuff and if you or a loved one vapes, please strongly consider stopping! People are dying from respiratory illnesses linked to vaping! Researchers found an abnormal buildup of fats (lipids) that damaged how the lungs looked and their ability to fight off infection.... PARENTS BEWARE: Just because your teen may not be vaping a product containing nicotine, the mice were suffering from the same problem with or without nicotine, indicating that the solvent is a big problem. So don’t be fooled by those nicotine-free fruit-flavoured clouds of vapour, they are still extremely harmful!
