The culmination of a lot of planning and built-up excitement has now led to Mainline Living and Traine Construction & Development's official expansion into the Ontario housing market with the ground-breaking and receival of permits for our newest 208-home rental community in Brantford’s West Brant neighbourhood. Brantford has not seen substantial growth in its rental market for nearly a decade, with nearly no new rental units built in the last five years. We are excited to b...e building this new community and to continue building in Ontario to provide greatly needed attainable rental housing.
