Are you light and free or dense and heavy? do you notice the feeling of regret after agreeing to a certain event? Or certain people? do you feel bad or good vibes.. Here’s the truth.. we sell ourself out when we invite in, hang out with, or share ourself with people not in alignment with who we are. Often times we are not taught to honour ourselves... we are taught to be the good girl or the good boy to get along with others and be nice regardless of how you’re treated. Not all bad, but can be with the absence of healthy information. scrolling social media is your self talk critical and comparing your life to the illusion of the lives of others? participating in gossip speaking ill of others with the intent to harm... sharing information that does not involve you is not helpful, it’s harmful. Is it healthy and positive? Does it leave you feeling peace and joy? Digesting these can make you feel fearful, worried, heavy, guilty, and many other things Can you add.. podcasts of your interest that enhance your growth reading or listening to information that help you overcome something that you find challenging show others kindness - because the truth is, healthy people don’t treat others unkindly. They are unwell, unhealthy, and likely hurting themselves. Nourish your soul with healthy information that enhances your well being... you’re worth it!

Part 2 of 4 Self talk- the running dialogue playing the background. It’s the way you speak to yourself throughout your day. The thoughts you have as you go though your experiences...... How do you identify yours? Is it a script or movie? Is it a book or memoir? Is it a horror or family friendly? Tune in, ask? You wouldn’t believe how many people aren’t aware of their inner dialogue.. often I hear, I’m not thinking of anything! I don’t really have one If a tree falls in the forest and no one sees it, does it still fall? The Andre is yes, same is true for your thoughts, emotions and dialogue Can you try to give yourself a little more compassion? - acknowledge the big pores on your face or the imperfecton of your skin tone... sure, can you find something you like? Little bits at a time... you might have had a bad day but can you look back and find one thing you liked? You may or may not believe this but my journey of self love started with me waking up every morning hating myself....I started saying I love you I didn’t believe it in the beginning. Like many others, I had a self hatred that was deeply imbedded. Slowly though, it started to shift. Does that mean I wake up everyday in thoughts and feelings of self love.. not always. I still get upset from time to time. I still fall into the illusion of perfection. I can sometimes spend too much time thinking about something that doesn’t deserve the time I give it.... however, it changes when you can acknowledge that a thought is just that, empty thoughts. What gives thoughts merit is a behaviour. So, do I still engage is self destructive behaviour, no. Perhaps that’s the difference. We have this idea that it’s supposed to be perfect. That the negative doesn’t exist. I think we need to come to place where we can observe a negativity and not identity with it. I am not worthless because I made a mistake... all humans are capable of mistakes it’s part of our make up. I am not unloveable because someone doesn’t know how to love me, they have a story too.. can I choose to love and talk to my self compassionately.. it’s all starts with a small voice

Do you put yourself in social situations or people who leave you feel drained and tried? Are you making yourself available to others who aren’t in alignment with your soul? (This does not mean we can’t embrace each others differences. It means when there’s differences we show up kind and considerate free from judgment) The journey of change can feel hard. When you look at the top of the mountain we can become paralyzed in the fear of the journey. Can you build tolerance to sit with discomfort and take one small step forward.....
