I took many sucker punches, assault to my head with a steel pipe and struck from behind with a hammer. Because I got the strength n heart to take these attacks ...HH did nothing to secure my Safety. During my Mechanical sheet metal fabrication and installation career I'm pleased to kno it Safety First!! Nazareth knows it as well. I never felt so safe in an environment full of gossip n lies and felt as safe as i do at the Nazareth. They take every precaution with a great staff which can spot a risk where someone could be harmed. This is the safest atmosphere for a homeless shelter I've ever scene.... ITS GREAT TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP KNOWING I WONT B ROBBED ARE HARMED!! Job well done! See more

I know its a little early but I couldn't resist wearing this today when I saw it at the mall. Getting many laughs and smiles from everyone at 75 Albert Street.

We want to send our appreciation to our volunteers who consistently help us in the kitchen and prepares really good meal for our residents on weekends. A big thanks to the Church or Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints youth group for collecting up 100+ pairs of socks and the perfect timing to distribute them today on a cold wet day. God bless all. Mes très chers amis de la Maison Nazareth, Permettez-moi de faire une petite mise à jour sur les derniers mois. Nous fûmes témoins d’un été extraordinaire rempli de soleil et de belles températures. Pour plusieurs de nos résidents, comparativement à l’été passé, ils étaient à l’abri des grandes chaleurs et au sec. Ils ont profité de l’eau a volonté, de trois repas par jours, d’un service de buanderie, des douches et d’un lit propre pour dormir. Durant les trois derniers mois..., nous avons hébergé en moyenne 95 personnes par jour. Nous avons servi 27.000 repas et approximativement 6.000 douches incluant les savons et produits hygiéniques (rasoirs, mousse, savon, champoings, serviettes hygiéniques, etc..). Nous avons réussi à trouver une vingtaine de logement abordables pour nos clients, et une quinzaine de nos clients ont trouvé un emploi. Nous avons aussi réussi à connecter plusieurs de nos clients avec des services en santé mentale et en toxicomanie. Notre boutique Encore a finalement rouvert ses portes après quelques mois, suite à une meilleure compréhension de la pandémie de Covid-19 et l’application de nouvelles mesures de distanciation et l’accès à des produits désinfectants. Nous avons apporté plusieurs modifications au niveau de notre personnel afin de mieux servir notre population itinérante et notre communauté. Une belle clôture fut installée en avant de notre édifice afin de donner un peu d’espace privé à une population vulnérable qui ne cherche que ça. Nous avons encore beaucoup à faire afin de réduire le taux d’itinérance mais je suis extrêmement confiant que nous y arriverons si nous gardons le cap. Ce n’est pas facile mais nous tenons bon !!! Je tiens à remercier et à féliciter notre équipe pour leur travail exemplaire durant une période extrêmement difficile. Je veux aussi remercier infiniment tout les gens qui nous ont tendu la main, soit en offrant du bénévolat, soit des dons. Vos contributions ont fait une très grande différence. This great fence Will give our clients a little more privacy and ability to sit outside without judgement. Only took them a few hours and such a beautiful thing.

I must be one of the luckiest PERSON to be surrounded by all these generous people. We did over 150 lunch bags, over 300 sandwiches. Thanks to all who donated m...oney, food and their time. We are looking for a ping pong table to offer activities to our clients during these difficult confinement times. They are doing very well but keeping them busy would really help.
