So I received this today from a client; but a little background first. As many of you know, I work one-on-one with a variety of people from hard-core athletes to sedentary people. This particular client is an active person in their life however, recently has been feeling a bit sluggish with a bit of a weight/size gain. They didn't want to commit a whole lot of personal time to their at-home plan as spending time with their spouse and children took priority. With only time... enough to come in person one time per week I was able to put together a plan that worked. I am so proud of this client, and it is wonderful to hear the positive feedback. Dear Soke; I wanted to tell you how excited I am to be working with you. I am so pleased with the results thus far. I have lost four pounds and eleven inches in just four weeks. I am thrilled that I am able to do my at-home plan without it being a huge time constraint and am loving our weekly sessions. Seeing these results, I would like to begin one-on-one sessions for Mental Martial Arts. I think that this would be a real benefit for me.
