m shifting, moving, and creating only with Intention for 2022. 2020/2021 were years of testing products and plans that came from a space of the heart - yet under pressure and created in feelings of urgency due to the uncertainty of the world. I felt I needed to keep creating, keep going, just for my business to seem "important". Yes, there are things a business owner has to do to stay afloat but this past year I have learned from so many teachers our passions are what fu...el intentionally curated experiences and trust in the service. When creating from a space of complete alignment and embodiment of the service or product offered, is the frequency I am attracting. Being a Virgo many times I feel stuck if I'm not producing a result - therefore burnout quickly because I'm working on offferings that are not curated from the passion in my soul. This is also why so many "New Year's Resolutions" fail, because we feel we have to accomplish something that seems so difficult from where we are at now ~ rather than creating intentions surrounding the frequency we desire to uphold. There is a root desire for every goal we intend to accomplish, usually deeper than the surface level (for example: the goal of losing weight could possibly be a mirror to the root desire of a healthier lifestyle, or to feel more confident). The change, the manifestation, comes when we choose to wake up and work on embodying the energy we desire to attract and project. With small steps that align with how you are feeling in this time and space ~ rather than tunnel-vision to the goal we are working to achieve which in turn can cause burnout. So for this New Year, I am choosing for myself intentions that UPHOLD THE FREQUENCY of the life I dream of. No resolutions.no structured goals. Full Moon in Gemini Dec 18-19 The final full moon of 2021...the integration of the lessons of the year and fully releasing what's necessary before "opening the door" to the new cyclic year. With the winter solstice approaching- this full moon also remind us of the light that is soon to visit us longer as it illuminates the phase of transformation. We begin the Capricorn season on December 21st to get clearer direction on our intentions for the year ahead while Gemini... supports us in the vision we are welcoming in while still releasing the storylines that do not serve this bigger vision. The full moon in Gemini calls for restoration to gently allow all to shed while finding connection inward and within our support systems. While our support systems may be closer to us within these next few weeks, it is important to still exercise boundaries that align with the vision you are upholding for the next year. Although full moons are not known as a time for manifestion, we will experience the leftover integration that must happen within our mind, body, and spirit, to prepare to hold the vision for 2022 by deepening our connection with our personal truths that were revealed to us this past year. Many times if we are not balanced in logic and intuition, we can quickly be swayed by other's truths, and feeling frustrated in the direction we must move forward for this transformation internally and externally, which is why it's important to stay connected to our truth at this time and reflect on the progress and process of trusting these realizations. Gemini season And another phase closer to summer I’m a Gemini moon and 100% resonate with it! With the moon playing a role on your emotional and relationship personality, Gemini moons are welcoming and love a good conversation. I also love deep chats with my clients and am very thankful others trust me to hold space for them to express themselves in their authenticity. ... As a Gemini moon this can also mean you don’t fit into a certain circle. I have lived many different lifetimes within this life. Between working in Vancouver’s toxic fashion+makeup industry, selling weed at a dispensary, being met with addiction, overcoming assault trauma; to owning my own businesses, receiving multiple certifications in holistic health, and getting to know myself over and over again through self practices and natural healing modalities.
