Its also OK TO LEAVE YOUR DOG AT HOME!!!! I took this yesterday in the later afternoon when the temperature was at 29!!, idiot had three dogs, a corgi, a 40lb... mix, and a small white dog in his truck, parked in the middle of the steaming hot WalMart parking lot, with the one window cracked barely 4 inches. Phoned the police who thankfully take this more seriously then when I called about the guy sleeping naked in the park across the street from my house!...at least that guy was in the shade and staying cool :) See more

***ALERT***Please be aware that your dog can BURN the pads on their paws when they walk on hot asphalt in the summer time! IF IT'S TOO HOT for you to walk baref...oot on the sidewalk........ then it's too hot for your dog also. Walk your dog early morning, evening, or get them a pair of shoes to protect their feet.
