I have exciting news! I've taken on an Administrative Assistant position with Rimmer Technology Partners! As many of you who have contacted me know, I've been trying to only schedule emergency appointments, and only when our numbers are pretty good... So this is a wonderful opportunity to work in a different capacity, while keeping my options open for continuing to offer treatment as I'm feeling good about the close contact nature of massage therapy. I'm still undecided about when the best time would be to return to work - right now I'm reassessing each week. I apologize for any inconvenience. I sincerely wish that I felt reassured by all of the protocols that we've been instructed to implement. I have been working on getting my workplace ready to reopen when I feel that the time is right and will call those on my list when I do decide to begin taking clients again. Lots of appreciation and respect going out to the massa...ge therapists who have made that tough decision to go back to working in such close contact with the public at this time. If you are hoping to get in to see your massage therapist, please don't just drop in. Call or message them to find out what measures are in place and how you can do your part in helping to keep the spread of COVID-19 at bay. It may also take time for them to get you in because they are trying to juggle helping a good number of people, while also maintaining an intense cleaning regimen between clients. Thank you for all of your patience with not only my industry, but with any businesses who have reopened amid all of this uncertainty. Looking forward to warm weather and wishing happiness to anyone that this message reaches!

While I've missed all of you, my wonderful clients, I'm not quite ready to reopen next week... I know a lot of people are looking forward to getting back to their treatment regimen, but I'm still assessing and deciding the best way to address taking on clients again while maintaining all of the health and safety guidelines. Please bear with all of us who have been told we may get back to work. It's a bit overwhelming trying to figure out how to ensure the best possible care ...and service to you in this unprecedented time. Ensuring the safety and health of my clients is my top priority and I sincerely appreciate all of your patience and understanding! In the meantime, it's not a bad idea to check in with your insurance provider if you have one - not only to be sure your massage coverage has remained the same, but to check in on dental benefits, etc. Especially if your work situation has changed due to COVID-19. If you have any specific questions, please reach out... I'll put up another post when I have a better idea of how I'll be proceeding. Looking forward to seeing all of you again!
