Made ricotta cheese for the first time from a kit purchased from Make Cheese Inc. It turned out really good. We made it because I found a recipe in the Winnipeg... Free Press for Almond Ricotta Bars I wanted to try. Of course we had to add our product to the recipe so we substituted Bourbon Maple Balsamic for the almond extract in the bar and icing.
