New legislation introduced on January 1st requires that accident victims communicate their intent to file a claim to their insurance company within 120 days (4 months) of their accident. Failure to do so could negatively impact the amount of the settlement and the time it takes to receive it. Don’t wait to act. Contact Roebothan McKay Marshall today. It costs nothing to talk.
