My bonus daughter is doing a fundraiser through her schooling to help Indigenous families this holiday season! They are looking for new unwrapped toys and non-perishable items. Good morning! Not only are we still dealing with this pandemic, cold and flu season is now upon us. So I ask that you please reschedule any appointments you have with me if you or anyone in your household is sick, especially with covid symptoms or the flu. I have many clients, family (and myself) with compromised immune systems that can't afford to get sick! It’s Socktober 1st, 2020!, Wait what? I wrote October wrong?? Nope! I’m now calling it Socktober!! My birthday is October 23rd. I know to many, birthdays aren...’t a big deal. But to me, it’s usually the only day a year I can go out and celebrate with all my friends!! I am blessed with so many friends and I can’t believe how long many of you have put up with me! With Alex gone 6/7 days a week it’s really hard for me to leave my house. Honestly, this doesn’t bother me except I really miss my friends, and this year, like everyone, I’ll not be able to celebrate on my birthday like I usually do. But it’s not the only thing I’m missing this year. For me, helping others is what fills my bucket. I can’t even describe how much it means to me to bring sunshine into another persons life, I’m sure you can all attest that when I ask for something- I return your kindness to someone who truly needs it. Well this year, my bucket is so empty. Our Friends 4 Kindness Unbirthday Parties were cancelled so I couldn’t celebrate with our friends and I can’t do the monthly homeless walks. I have felt so useless during this pandemic, and it’s breaking my heart. Until now. Socktober!! I have thought of a way to give back to those less fortunate, and I’d like to introduce you to a special friend of mine, PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO NOW! Thank you for watching the video!!
