Boy, if this is not encouragement then nothing could be so motivational. I am only 71 so this is proof that if we just get off the couch and move with DailyFitnessAction.com we can be active for a long long time. Go Fitness. On the other hand they should leave this guy alone because they clearly say in the article that meat he ate was contaminated and the supplement he was taking had a banned substance, but it wasn’t listed in the ingredients as reported. C’mon give the guy a break at 90 years old doing such an aggressive and dangerous sport this man deserves nothing but respect. It wasn't much except for one all out 1 minute sprint at the end. BUT it was something.

So this was last night. Still feeling good today and just finished a short motorcycle ride in Hamilton Ontario canada in winter..... Global Warming folks... Later I will do another indoor cycle ride...

So, I do a workout last night and made it through 25 minutes on my indoor cycle. I was dripping in sweat. What a good feeling. I am trying to figure out how I can load my workouts directly up to this page and then discuss them. I guess all I can say is, Coming Soon!
