Testimony time !!: Throw back to my old hair days. A year and a half in the making. Good hair doesn’t happen overnight, but the time sure is going to fly by anyway ***Edited to add: ... the first two months I strictly used: Densify duo (intense repair shampoo and intense repair treatment scalp spray) + intense repair conditioner + restore leave in conditioner After the first two months of using that, I saw amazing growth and change in my dry ends. Now I regularly use the : Renew shampoo + Intense repair conditioner + Intense repair treatment scalp spray + Restore leave in conditioner + Blow out cream + Thickening spray (if I’m blow drying) + Rejuvabeads (every 3rd wash) . I also take the S3 supplements. ***I must add that I absolutely love the newest Restructuring collection and Advanced hydration collection, so I switch out between those as well!! It’s super important to give your hair what it needs at that time. What your hair needs can change due to seasonal changes, health changes, diet changes, medicines, etc. ***I just recently started spraying the Rejuvamist on my dry ends at night to help with this winter weather dryness and OMG...you have got to try it!! It soaks right in and I can still go 5 days without washing. But my ends need that Moisture this winter...especially bc I only get my hair trimmed about once or twice a year. I do color treat my hair (especially my roots) about 4-5 times a year.
