Talking about dark times in your past is hard, writing about it can be difficult as well, but speaking about them definitely takes the cake. Placing your life under the microscope for all to see and be scary, but I have been told recently that these releases are "healing" and I would have to agree. Because that struggle created the person that you are today, and can also be used a learning devices for others if that individual is brave enough to share their story.
