Well it's been a while I let myself get down and out when that ear infection got me.... but you gotta start somewhere right? I'm back at it and chances are I'll fall again but I'm happy to have a safe space to talk with all of you! I just started morning meltdown 100 again, it is something I had started and loved but figured I needed more weight based training to tone.... I HATED it! I didn't want to work out I didn't even want to get out of bed I was so sore and let's not even talk about trying to sit down on the toilet I know the more you do it the better you feel but I was so discouraged so here I am back to what I know and love I have 126 days before my wedding And 122 before I leave for canmore so my goal complete all 100 days before I go, this gives me 22 days of cushion if I need a rest day

Day 2 done! Core is my least favorite workout because I'm so horrible at it I can not do a crunch to save my life! But ill get better the more I fight through!

Day 1 mbf complete and I'm a sweaty mess! What is your favorite type of workout? Usually I love cardio workouts but I enjoyed this weight based training!
