Arogya Natyam registration is now open! Are you ready to hear more about our mentors and program structure? Arogya Natyam serves as a mentorship program that ...will allow dancers to connect with mentors to enhance their skills and techniques in dance. This will be done through four sessions that will take place on consecutive Saturdays in May that run for 1.5 hours + Q&A. The sessions will be on May 8th, May 15th, May 22nd from 10am-12pm PDT and May 29th from 8:30am-10:30am PDT over zoom. The sessions will focus on: Nutrition, Body Conditioning, Yoga/Meditation, and Arogya Natyam: Embodied. The goal is that through these sessions, the dancers will be able to make changes to their lifestyles which will in turn benefit their art. With a mentorship program structure, Arogya Natyam is meant to be a journey where the participant travels through all the learnings. Thus, a participant will reap the greatest benefits of this program by attending every session. The ticket prices include all four sessions, with an early bird rate of $15 and general rate at $20 (plus Eventbrite fees and applicable taxes).
