If you are on our email list, you have received this information already. As a business, we are monitoring the developments of CO-VID 19 in Victoria and on the island very closely. We have increased disinfection in all treatment rooms and common areas and as of this morning are asking patients that have travelled out of Canada in the last 2 weeks to please re-schedule any appointments to dates outside of the 14 day quarantine window upon arrival home. This is in accordance wi...th the latest recommendations from the Minister of Health and Chief Medical Officer of BC. Late cancellation fees will be waived at this time, so anyone feeling ill is encouraged to cancel at any time.
