New #masks are coming! I’ve been compiling your requests and suggestions over the past few months and have come up with a new mask style that I hope you’ll love! This one has a nose wire to conform to your schnoz (and help with that dreaded glasses fog!), adjustable soft ear loops and a tie (so you can wear it around your neck when you don’t need it on your kisser!). Ok, Mandala Gang! It's time to put on your 'designer hats' again and give me a bit of feedback on this new style! This incredible fabric is a super floppy, super fuzzy loose knit and It. Is. Spectacular! (The pic does NOT do it justice!) It won't hold much of a shape so I'm keeping the style simple. What do you think of the length (long-ish tunic length)? The high-ish neckline? Off the shoulder relaxed seaming? I've got pins in the hem band to snug it in a bit - do you like the hem coming in at the bottom (bum-hugger)? Let me know your thoughts!

Sewing a garment is like putting together a puzzle. But, unlike a jig-saw puzzle, pattern pieces don’t have little blobby bits that fit into each other to know which pieces go together. Enter - The Notch! Notches are tiny nicks in the seam allowance of a pattern piece that corresponds to a notch on another pattern piece so you know what pieces go together and where to match up the seams. Notches are CRUCIAL in putting together a well made garment and we don’t skimp on notches here....no, sir-ee! #topnotch #takingitupanotch
