THIS IS A BASIC EVERY NIGHT ROUTINE. Everyone should aim to do at least this I promise it will only take you maximum 10 minutes if you enjoy the experience. Being a professional I consider this my lazy quick nighttime skin routine. #estylife if you guys want a hard copy let me know (I have different routines for different occasions) I always start by double cleansing (in the shower or not) but always remember your hands should be clean and dry first. And then we follow... with serums and moisture layers! In wintertime I layer a nice thick layer and let everything melt in with some deep breathing and reflecting on the day to wind down. Always adding in massage techniques throughout to keep my circulation flowing and my muscles healthy. If I’m having breakouts I will switch this routine up and I also add in extra steps when they are needed throughout the week (example exfoliation or other masks.) See more

I want to extend a warm, full of love, congratulations to everyone for making it through this year. It's been a bit of a journey but here we are! ALSO a delayed holiday wish for all (I wont lie I definitely had a Grinch moment this season...you know "wallowing, staring into the abyss, jazzercizing and wrestling with my self loathing" ;)....all normal for 2020 though. BUT this year I will try to get matching pajamas for dirk schnitzel and myself. I want to also send a HUGE ...thank you out to all my wonderful friends/clients/clients and friend combinations/followers and anyone in my life who has shown me kindness. 2020 was a pretty big setback for me in many ways and I wouldn't have been able to keep my dreams alive without the love and encouragement I've received. I hope this year I will get to finally share some proper thank you hugs and can get back to our wonderful facial fun together and the positive energy of human touch and relaxation! xxoxoxoxo See more
