The biological model of change involves transforming the familiar past to a new future. To sum up the meditative process, you have to break the habit of being y...ourself and reinvent a new self; lose your mind and create a new one; prune synaptic connections and nurture new ones; unmemorize past emotions and recondition the body to a new mind and emotions; and let go of the past and create a new future. To avoid letting any thought or feeling you don't want to experience get past you unchecked, you have to develop powerful skills of observation and focus. To break the habit of being yourself, you would be wise to select one trait, propensity, or characteristic and focus your attention on that single aspect of your old self that you want to change. For example, you might begin by asking yourself: When I feel angry, what are my thought patterns? What do I say to others and myself? How do I act? What other emotions spring forth from my being angry? What does anger feel like in my body? How can I become conscious of what triggers my anger, and how can I change my reaction?

I am going to start to share my journey, how I followed my heart and listened to the voice inside to find my truths of being human in this life! I know I have so much to share. I can only share to help others find there truth and fully open up to embrace fully who they are. Life is so beautiful. I feel how tapped in, turned on and aligned I am. I asked, I seeked and I believed there was more to us then physical. I was gifted the connection I always knew was there. I learned you can’t make or tell people that. You have to honour their journey to find their wholeness and most of all see their beauty within. Most healing connection of relationships.

This is pretty powerful pull of cards! I am so blessed! For me 2020 was a transformational year, most deep contemplation of self discovery. I loved 2020, cause whatever experience was in front of me, I made the choice on how to react, learn, and most of all, I made the choice on how to percive it for my most highest benefit.
