You don't need a lot of space, you don't even need to get our of your pajamas, and you don't need a partner. It couldn't be easier! Good afternoon dancers! We are back in full lockdown, but don't worry because we still have our free latin style line dance class tomorrow morning at 11am to keep you distracted from the bad news. I hope you'll be able to join in for an hour of great exercise, and hopefully have a little bit of fun. This week I thought I'd start us getting in the Christmas spirit with an easy Christmas bachata then a couple of improver level samba/mambo mixes. The last dance I have chosen ...is a mix with samba, mambo, and a bit of cha cha. It's crazy fast, but funky and a lot of fun to danceWe'll spend some time learning it, then hopefully you'll keep trying it over the week. It is sure to raise your heart rate and burn a few extra calories, and I love it! I hope to see you tomorrow!

Good afternoon! As we enter the "red" stage once again, and our live classes have been cancelled, there is no better time than now to join in and dance along with me every Friday morning. At 11:00am, for one hour, I will lead us through three or four easy-to-intermediate level latin style line dances. It's fun, it's easy, it's a great way to sneak a little exercise into your day, and it's FREE, so I do hope you'll try it out! This week I am planning a simple bachata, a beg...inner level slow and easy tango, a phrased intermediate samba/mambo/cha cha mix, and an improver level bachata. Good morning! The good news is that dance schools and dance classes are officially allowed to operate once again, so our Thursday morning classes at the Active Adult Center are back on, but space is very limited due to Covid 19 protocols, and pre-registration is required. Ballroom and latin dance classes at the Lakeshore location are not scheduled to start again until the new year, but I will keep you updated as more information is available, and the line dance classes at th...e Fieldgate location will resume in January. Our Youtube class every Friday morning will continue as long as you are wanting it, so get ready to dance again this morning at 11am for one hour of free latin line dancing! This week I have planned two easy cha cha dances, a phrased intermediate bachata, and a phrased intermediate cha cha/salsa mix. Nothing too hard! I hope you can join in Friday morning at 11am

Good morning! We are going to start the morning with a fast paced, high energy latin line dance class! Join me on my Youtube channel, live at 11am for a FREE one hour class, incorporating many of our favorite latin steps, styling and technique. This Friday, October 30th, I plan to start with an easy improver level mambo, then a super easy beginner level merengue, a crazy fun party dance, and finish with a challenging, rather fast samba/salsa danced to an old Frank Sinatra/Paul Anka favorite with a salsa twist. It's Halloween! Let's scare up some fun dancing!

You may have heard that dance schools are allowed to operate again, which is great news! In the meantime, I will continue with the Friday morning free latin line dancing on my youtube channel from 11:00am -12pm. This week I have four beginner to improver level brand new dances - a mambo mix, a samba, a jive and a bachata. Nothing too hard this week, and I hope you'll be able to join in.
