This home owner had broken 12 x 12 white tiles, the floor had a bit of movement - We removed all the old tiles and laid a "Membrane" equivalent to Ditra and then installed a 12 x 24 white tile with black grout - while there we also repaired the shower and the garburator - we installed a new double kitchen sink and re-done the edging of the hardwood counter

This is a beautiful Tudor style home that needed some TLC, we repaired some stucco areas - we bleached out some stains and some areas we color matched and painted - we scrapped all the brown trim work and gave it a fresh coat of a deeper brown - We removed some old flashing from base foundation of brick and bent and applied new - We repaired some doors that were too tight, some hinges that were too loose and rotted along with some repairs on window sills replacing areas that needed - we also repaired some mortar and brick

New Windows and Doors in an old house, this place was a rundown, poor condition old house - it got a complete tear out and upgrade with New widows and doors, all new plumbing and electrical - everything inside and out and it turned out pretty awesome!

This project consisted of areas all around the house, we started with tearing out all stucco ceilings in three bedrooms and an office and tearing up all flooring and removing some wall paneling. We install new drywall on the ceiling and some walls, then taped, plastered and sand everything. Primed and Painted We laid some laminate in the bedrooms, Hardwood in the hallway and replaced all stair threads that we stained and varnished to match hardwood. We also took off all handr...ails and sanded & stained them a dark brown. We built a new custom fire place and lined it with ceramics and setup electrical and in-wall conduits for the TV setup we replaced most of the wall above the fireplace. We did ceramics in the bathrooms and porch-ways and install new toilets and vanities along with all new trim work in all areas.

Home owner had this repaired over and over, some people tried caulking and roofing cement - when we were doing the siding we found that nothing was sealed and no metal flashing installed. Snow build up along with wind driven rain and snow could just blow right into this crevice. We installed new flashing, cemented it, installed new house wrap and taped it up and solved the leak.
