2021 MANE EVENT IN RED DEER, AB MOVES TO A VIRTUAL EVENT The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect everyone, our cities, and our businesses. While we had hoped that the pandemic would begin to subside in 2021, we must sadly announce that The Mane Event in Red Deer, Alberta scheduled for April 23-25, 2021, will not take place as an in-person event. Due to the Alberta Health Services' current health guidelines and regulations the 2021 in-person Mane Event in Alberta origina...lly scheduled April 23-25, will not take place at Westerner Park and will instead be held as a virtual event. The virtual event will occur online on April 23-25, 2021, complete with education, shopping, and more! Stay tuned to our website, www.maneeventexpo.com, and social media platforms as we connect attendees with exhibitors and other virtual content, plus exciting updates about upcoming events and special features. The Mane Event will reach out directly to ticket holders who had exchanged tickets for the 2021 Alberta event as well as exhibitors regarding their exhibit arrangements. Mane Event does not make this decision lightly, as we know that many of our vendors are suffering economically, as we are. It is heartbreaking, for 17 years we have lived and breathed The Mane Event and we cannot wait for life and business to return to normal. We hope that everyone Is staying safe and strong, as we all struggle with this situation.

it is with an extremely heavy heart that we are announcing the postponement of The Mane Event scheduled for October 23-25, 2020 at Heritage Park in Chilliwack, BC. We put off this difficult decision as long as we could, but since BC Health still has not announced the transition to Phase Four under the current COVID situation, the decision to postpone, in effect, has been made for us. We are simply unable to produce the event under current guidelines and regulations. Th...e safety, health, and welfare of all of the participants, visitors as well as our team must be our number one priority. Therefore, this year’s edition of the Chilliwack Mane Event will be Virtual, and will run October 23-25, 2020. It will feature posts from exhibitors, along with live lectures from your favourite trainers as well as some additional special features. It is with great sadness and regret that we must announce The Mane Event scheduled to take place at Westerner Park in Red Deer, AB on April 24-26, 2020 has been cancelled. Due to the most recent recommendations restricting large gatherings of people; and yesterday’s announcement from Prime Minister Trudeau stating that travelers into Canada must self-quarantine for 14 days, and no date as to when these restrictions will be lifted we felt it was extremely difficult to proceed ...with The Mane Event. The health and well-being of all who have supported us from the beginning is at the forefront of our mind, and this cancellation is not something we take lightly. Details regarding ticket refunds, exchanges, along with plans for moving forward will be provided by March 25th at the latest. This information will be posted at https://www.maneeventexpo.com and on http://www.facebook.com/maneeventexpo as soon as it is finalized. We ask that you wait until this information is available before contacting our office, as we are busy finalizing these plans for everyone involved. We ask everyone to mark your calendars as we will be returning to Westerner Park in Red Deer, AB on April 23-25, 2021 & to Heritage Park in Chilliwack, BC on October 23-25, 2020!

Update Regarding Covid-19: The Mane Event, City of Red Deer and Westerner Park will continue to closely monitor the situation as it evolves.
