2020 was a year of challenges. Change. Assessing. ... Pivoting. Every year at this time, I reflect on the year behind us. This year, I decided to share 7 things that I learned throughout the year! 1. Everything is not as it seems. I recognized that life is happening FOR me, not TO me. When I embraced this idea, I found that I could easily find gratitude in everything in my world, good or bad. 2. Integrity is everything. People come and go in this amazing lifetime, but the one thing that holds them in your heart and soul is how honest they were with themselves and in your interactions. 3. Connection is more than just conversation. Being with people, seeing people in person, fully embodying the experience of human connection was something I took for granted. 4. Having done the inner work REALLY does affect your ability to cope with life's hardships. I didn't see lockdowns or layoffs coming, but I didn't stand in the face of fear, I embraced love, in every definition of the word. 5. Spirituality is whatever you want it to be. My connection to the Divine expanded exponentially this past year, which led to me to follow my intuition even more. Being open to infinite possibilities has brought me so much joy and clarity. 6. LOVE is an inner job. The more you love yourself, the more love you embody and the more love will surround you. 7. Amazing people are EVERYWHERE!!!!! I have made more connections with amazing men and women all over the city, the province, the country and the world! I am so excited to learn what is coming in this new year. I am ready for some amazing exciting curiousity, expansion, creation and more connection. To be honest, I’ve been in this place of I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing in this life time lately. Lots of introspection. Trying to navigate though all of this. Lots. And I still couldn’t decipher what it was that my soul was calling for. ... While lazing (and working) by the sea for months this past summer, I felt so amazing and abundant. My soul felt at home. I was headed in a clear direction. There was so much ease and flow. Upon returning home, I felt so confused. I actually felt like I lost my soul. I felt empty. Lost. I had no idea what I was meant for anymore. My purpose was meant to enlighten and empower as many people to rise higher and be amazing themselves, but I felt nothing. My inspiration was gone. I seriously thought almost daily....What the effin hell was going on? Everything felt like a struggle. The confusion grew stronger. People who meant the world to me were feeling so distracting and meaningless. Thank goodness for my mentors! My mentors continued to encourage me that I was on my true path. That it didn’t look like what I had planned for and I had to be patient for what was to come. Patience has ALWAYS been my #1 virtue. What a testament to my patience this truly was I was even told to be careful about the spiritual people I was spending my energy with! What?!?! I love my spiritual people! But energy doesn’t lie. Yesterday I was called to attend an early Winter Solstice/Great Conjunction online event, hosted by my amazing Soul Sisters Samantha Beck and Anne-Marie Evans, where we meditated, celebrated Yule, and I received a intuitive reading from them, and it was spot on That reading gave me ALL of the answers that I’ve been questioning for the past few months. And the best part? It’s everything I already know. The reading confirmed to me that I just have to BE MYSELF. I don’t have to search to be anything more. I am feeling called to do something more, but the MORE is to stop hiding from being me. I am beyond crazy excited that I have FINALLY been attuned to Reiki Level 1 & 2. Reiki has been on my heart for years. When it first came to my attention, I didn’t know anything about Reiki, I just felt a calling. As I began my search for a Reiki teacher, I met a Reiki Master who gave me the insight that this journey would be a soul journey and that I will know who I need to learn from when the timing is right. ... Well that was 4 years ago and this past summer, Divine intervention provided me with my guide. I now know why it took so long for me to find my Teacher. I wasn’t ready until now. And she wasn’t ready for me. I am so so incredibly grateful that I waited till now! This gift is more than I ever could have asked for! Reiki is such a powerful gift. I’ve already started to work with clients and I am BLOWN AWAY by the activation, expansion and healing that is happening!!! I’ll be continuing to offer in person Reiki activations, but I’ll be now adding distance Reiki activations as well Connect with me for your activation today

Hello My Loves!!!! I have been off the grid for the past few weeks taking care of myself. Some much needed self care. Practicing what I preach makes me the soul aligned, high level coach, supporter, and lightworker that my soulmate clients connect align with I found that I was being triggered and needed to use my tools to take care of me. As I progressed into my healing, I noticed that there were other things coming up and I needed to take more and more time for myself.
