Such a creative crew! This was our laughing mantra to help us through training in a pandemic! And we made some kicking sweatshirts! (Gah I am old, does anyone actually say kicking?!). Well we love them! Big thank you to @zealousfashion @zealousheather! You do beautiful work! Sat Nam, and when in doubt, just ask Guru Dave

Practice Re-evolution. I have returned to (refreshed) an old practice of mine, that may serve you as well. Upon awaking (before or after Sadhana...maybe with a cup of tea) I write down at least 5 things I am grateful for in the moment. I do not enter my day before entering a state of gratitude. - https://mailchi.mp/d7f6a3484/create-a-year-you-love-8383602

Perfect kills the good, the gratitude, the moment with its strident, striving energy. Imperfectly perfect (union of polarities/yoga) is what IS. Lean into it. That is Big Love Living! Sat Nam

Excited for tomorrow's Renew Workshop. Our work is shifting from karma to dharma. 2020 stirred up all of our karmas, our reactions, our habits, our attachments. This is actually a gift. As we move mindfully into 2021 we have an incredible opportunity to rise into our dharma. Dharma is externally applied yogathe way you live your life and how you interact with the world. Instead of reacting to the results or effects or consequences of our past actions (karma), we take actions aligned with our soul and destiny (dharma). We learn to do this by developing our intuition and meditative mind. To learn, to grow, and to be is dharma. To compete, compare and be confused is a low grade karma. We have choices. What will your choices be for 2021?
