When Ruth Konzelman and her husband moved to Selkirk, Manitoba, they struggled to find a home to fit their needs. After months of searching, they decided to go with Edmonton-based architect Frank Write. The finished 3-bedroom house was completed in 1974. The Konzelman house was designed to fit in perfectly with the heavily wooded lot. Clad in cedar shingles, the house is set back from the curb and offers an abundance of natural light while maximizing privacy through the clever use of windows. http://manitobamodern.ca/
