Free to current and former members of MBSA - Beginner Yoga! This program is geared to new or novice participants and will be an introduction to Yoga, teaching the basic poses in a safe environment. The program will focus on stretching, relaxation, flexibility, balance and core strengthening and can be done in the comfort of your own home. All you’ll need is access to Zoom (downloaded for free), a firm chair and comfortable clothing. The program will tentatively run on Wednesday evenings starting on January 6th and will run for 8 consecutive Wednesday nights. The class will be taught by our certified yoga instructor Doreen Wuckert. If you are interested, please send an email to Cathy so she can register you and send you the Zoom links!

We are hoping to run our Cross Country Ski program from 1:30 3:00 pm at Windsor Park Golf Course starting Sunday January 3rd, based on the COVID designation in Winnipeg. There will be changes required and may be limited access to the clubhouse and number of participants. If you’re interested in skiing this winter, please contact Cathy by December 17th so we can determine the number of guides required.
