MBFOM is celebrating NICU Awareness Week, a week of recognition designed to honor families experiencing a stay in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and the health professionals who care for the them. To kick off this week, we are sharing the story of one of our MBFOM member families - the Batters' Family. Click the link to read their story of hope and determination through their NICU stay which lasted over 100 days. Thank you Brant and Janelle for sharing your journey with us.
NICU Awareness Week is designed to honor families experiencing a stay in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and the health professionals who care for the them. Every year more than half a million babies are admitted to a neonatal intensive care unit, otherwise known as a NICU. Babies receive care for both prenatally-diagnosed conditions and emergent health issues.
MBFOM has decided to cancel the 2020 Fall Sale due to the ongoing risks of the Covid-19 virus. The safety of our members, customers and volunteers is our top priority and we feel that cancelling the Fall Sale to be the best move at this time.
