Don't forget - our pool will NOT be closing for annual maintenance this winter as it was painted and repaired during our Covid-19 closure in June! ... Our staff and management continue to work hard and are committed to providing a clean and safe experience for all of our guests and our staff during these difficult times. Please note the following: -Our cleaning staff are spending much more time in our hotel rooms to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for you upon your arrival.... -We have hired extra cleaning staff that continuously clean and disinfect all public areas, pool changerooms, and bathrooms all day long to minimize risk. -We have overstaffed our lifeguard department so that they have the proper time to disinfect all surfaces, chairs, loungers, etc. in the pool area throughout the day. -We have numerous hand sanitizer stations, as well as distance markers on the floors and physical distancing signage throughout the Resort. -We recommend all guests wear masks within the Resort but not in the pool. -We recommend week day trips to our hotel and pool whenever possible as we are typically slower on week days.
