Hourly Rate - $16.00HR Full Time Hours Contract (Possible Extension) Shifts in between 7:00AM to 10PM (EST) 5 Days in a week from ( Monday to Sunday ) Equipment will be provided Career advancement and more What’s the Job? Customer Care solutions according to the Service Level Agreements and the Company quality and quantitative standards, by ensuring that customer care needs are resolved in a timely fashion Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service in a outbound (follow ups) customer contact environment Assisting with inquiries from client subscribers with their plans and insurance services You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while exhibiting a calm and professional manner You have exceptional technical capabilities, research skills and your attention to detail is always a priority Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices You are confident in your ability to learn and apply information quickly Ensure that candidate has customer service experience and has dealt with difficult customers (able to control the call) Ensure that candidate has experience with adhering to a standard process Previous experience in a contact center environment would be considered a tremendous asset, however, not required Previous experience of government services would also be an asset What Do You Bring to the Job? High school diploma or equivalent. Strong hold of communication skills in English Good of communication skills in French is an asset but not required Minimum of 30-35WPM with 90% accuracy Superior experience in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel) Previous customer service experience is preferred.
